7 Inspection rules
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection
7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 Before each ultrapure water machine leaves the factory, it must be inspected before leaving the factory.
7.1.2 The factory inspection items of each ultrapure water machine are the requirements specified in 5.3, 5.4, 5.6, 5.7, and 5.9 of this standard.
7.1.3 There was an unqualified item in the ultra-pure water machine inspection before leaving the factory, and it was submitted for inspection after rework. If it still fails, the product is a failed product.
7.2 Type test
7.2.1 The items of type inspection are all the requirements specified in this standard
7.2.2 Type inspection should be performed in one of the following cases:
a) Stereotype identification of new products before production;
b) After the production is officially put into operation, if there is a major change in the design, process or raw materials of the product that may affect the performance of the product;
c) When the product is suspended for more than half a year and resumed production;
d) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last formal inspection results;
e) regular inspection every one year;
f) When the national quality supervision and inspection department proposes the type inspection requirements.
7.2.3 One sample for type inspection shall be randomly selected from the products that passed the factory inspection.
7.2.4 If there are any unqualified items during the inspection, the sampling shall be doubled to re-check the unqualified items. If the retest result is qualified, the product is judged to be qualified. If the retest result is still unsatisfactory, the product is judged to be unqualified.
