Process flow
This project recommends the use of an advanced, mature, stable effluent water quality and stable system operation reverse osmosis desalination device as the system's pure water preparation equipment; the system has low operating costs, is easy to implement automation, and has good economics. The product water treated by the two-stage reverse osmosis device meets the process water requirements by UV sterilization.
In order to ensure the long-term reliable and stable operation of key equipment, such as a two-stage reverse osmosis device, a pretreatment system is set up to meet the reverse osmosis membrane (RO) water inlet index: turbidity<0.5NTU, SDI <4, and residual chlorine <0.1ppm. According to the raw water quality, the pretreatment system consists of raw water tank, raw water pump, multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, softening filter, security filter and related auxiliary equipment.
